Good to know.
Will the tracker drain my car battery?
No. The device draws a very small current, comparable to your car’s clock or alarm. It also has its own backup battery, so it keeps reporting if the main battery is disconnected.
Can I stop my car’s engine from the app?
Yes. Our technician wires a relay into the ignition circuit during installation. From the app you can cut the engine and allow it to start again. For safety, use it when the vehicle is stopped or moving slowly.
Do I need internet on my phone?
The tracker has its own SIM and sends its location on its own. You need mobile data or Wi-Fi on your phone to open the app and see the live map.
How long does installation take?
Usually under an hour for a car. You can bring the vehicle to our office on West Canal Road, Faisalabad, or we can come to your home or workplace.
Is there a yearly charge?
Yes. A yearly service charge covers the tracker’s SIM data, our servers and app access. Ask us for current rates. We will explain everything before installation.
Can family members or my driver use it too?
Yes. You can give access to several people, each with their own login, so everyone who needs the location can see it.
